Product Applications
1. A high-performance corrosion inhibitor for both hydrophobic and hydrophilic formulations. It forms a compact monomolecular protective layer on metal surfaces, delivering reliable rust protection even at low dosage rates.
2. It is hydrophobic under acidic conditions, and becomes both lipophilic and hydrophilic after amine neutralization, allowing easy incorporation into various systems.
3. Non-corrosive to metals – will not cause surface discoloration.
4. Suitable for both mineral and synthetic base oils. Prior testing for solubility in the target base oil and compatibility with other additives is recommended to achieve optimal performance.
5. Functions as a direct alternative to BASF SARKOSYL O rust inhibitor.

Metalworking Fluids：0.05% – 1%
Fuel Oils：12 – 50 ppm
